MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. signed into law six measures creating additional court branches in various parts of the country, Malacañang said Saturday.
The laws, which establish six new regional and two new metropolitan trial courts in Cebu, Cagayan Valley, and Davao Region, were signed by the President on Aug. 29, documents released by Malacañang on Saturday showed.
Marcos signs laws creating more court branches
Republic Act (RA) 12029 provides for the establishment of Regional Trial Court (RTC) in Moalboal town, Cebu province; while RA 12242 will create RTC in Alicia town, Isabela province.
Marcos also signed RA 12243, which will create two RTCs in Mati City, Davao Oriental.

RA 12244 will establish two Metropolitan Trial Courts (MTCs) in Tagum City, Davao del Norte, while RA 12245 provides for the creation of two RTCs in Ilagan City and Tumauini town, Isabela province., This news data comes from:http://ebhk-hiq-sdpl-vid.ycyzqzxyh.com
